Our returns & exchange policy for perfumes and cosmetics is simple: sealed, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.

Returns & exchange policy: conditions

• Item must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging (cellophane intact).
• Request within 7 days of receiving the item, with proof of purchase.
• Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• If an item is faulty or not what you bought, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
